Oriflame CEO Connect
Oriflame always creates brightness and inspiring events. Each project should set the bar for the market and stand out on the event map of the world.
This time, such an event was CEO connect: Secret edition - an online event whose task was to take stock of the outgoing difficult year, highlight the most dedicated employees and congratulate their beloved colleagues.
For the event, we created a communication system for 3,000 employees with receiving video feedback and the possibility of online communication on the air. Zoom was chosen as the basis for the software part of the project. For its quality and stability of communication under heavy loads. It was also required to deploy a network of 60 computers to manage the output of the necessary users during the event program.
We managed to get a strong emotional response from the employees, as the format of the event was kept secret. In the first frames of the broadcast, they saw the usual plasma with the name of the project, and it seemed to be the maximum. But as soon as the camera started to move away, two 12m screens with live images of all participants opened up. We avoided static camera work and used intra-frame editing. Almost the entire event was filmed from one steadicam, and the change of angles took place along with a clearly rehearsed change in the trajectory of the camera.
The main difficulty and challenge was that we had to prepare an online project completely remotely from development to direct program management on the day of the event.
Results and facts:
