Megaforum Oriflame 2020
In February, MAX \ MAX team continued to travel the world with Oriflame. This time, together with the Unique Present agency and Oriflame event team, we prepared the event for three and a half thousand guests of the first Oriflame Megaforum in Tashkent, the main aim of which was the first presentation of the company to a completely new market of Uzbekistan. It is worth recalling that Oriflame is a Swedish company, whose philosophy is based on the concept of “lag”, which means “exactly as much as you need”, that is: minimalism, rational consumption, practicality and economy. All this is a bit different to the Uzbek culture with its intricate patterns, bright colors, ornate forms and oriental emotionality. One of our main tasks was to find a balance between the European style and national Uzbek lifestyle.It was important for us to connect the audience and a new brand, and we did an excellent job, satisfying our client and the guests of the event.
A feature of the venue was the central stage with a 360 degrees amphitheater. This scenography allowed our production team to work out all the details of the show in such a way that each viewer felt involved in what was happening regardless of his location inside the hall and heard all the necessary information from the forum speakers.
